A small, experienced and helpful team.

We are a team of officially 7 staff, but being a third generation family company, at times there can be a few more of us with "little people" helping out from time to time! Many of our team have been working in this industry for well over 10 years, some have spent the majority of their working life in this field and are commonly referred to as experts!

All of us are passionate about the products we represent, the industry we work in and are more than happy to help with any queries or information you require.

Mike Joyce - Managing Director

MJStaff09__300_0178_1.jpgMike is the Managing Director and also longest serving employee of the company - 40 years! He is responsible for moving the company away from its original retail structure to the business it is now. He enjoys heading up our small team and is currently working in areas of administration, sales and new business development. When not found at his desk, he is either holidaying, on the golf course or up a mountain.

 

 

 

Jenny Joyce - Company Director

MJStaff09__199_0066_1.jpgJenny is a director of the company and has been actively with the organization since 1993. Her role is fairly varied with an emphasis on product presentation and display. She enjoys her visits to the European trade fairs to catch up with the latest trends and new products. She is an awesome golfer, fantastic snow skier, talented tennis player, magnificient water skier, pilates guru and all round sports star - or so she says!!  

 

 

 

 







 

Chantelle Hildrick - Account Manager

She has a varied role, some of which includes stock control, corporate sales, customer enquiries, the in house production of sales catalogues and helping with the maintenance of our website. Away from work Chantelle is busy with her 2 sons, actively involved in their schools and sports teams.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

George Andrew - Warehouse Manager

MJStaff09__300_0160_1.jpgGeorge is our warehouse manager and is responsible for all inward and outward goods, he is also a great handyman fixing whatever needs to be fixed from time to time. He has been a part of our team for the last 8 years and tells us that he wishes it had been the last 20 years!! When he is not busy around the warehouse, picking or packing orders, unloading containers or keeping our shelves organised, you might find him at his desk with the heater on full - as it can be very cold in our warehouse in Winter, or out with his 5 children enjoying family time.

 

 

Jan Thompson - Office Manager

MJStaff09__199_0117_1.jpgJan has been with the company for 10 years and is responsible for the very smooth running of the office and it is her friendly voice that will generally answer your phone calls and help with most telephone sales. When she is away from the office she is enjoying her grandchildren, sitting in her seat at Eden Park or outside in her garden.

 

 

 

 

 



 

Kristin Larsen - Business Development Manager

MJStaff09__199_0076_1.jpgKristin has been with the company for the last 11 years but has pretty much grown up in the industry as she is Mike and Jenny's daughter. She has cleaned many shop windows as a pre schooler, swept alot of warehouse floors, dusted showrooms and worked in different retail shops during High School and University. She now works in many different areas of the business with a focus on new business development, new products, sales and administration. She is also busy at home with her three children and as a result is currently working part time.
