We endeavour to deliver all stocked items within 3-10 working days of us confirming receipt of your order. Although this timeframe is an estimate only.
If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay (eg because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).
All delivery orders will be personally delivered to you with a signature obtained for your security. If you are not at home a card will be left in your letterbox and the courier company will arrange a delivery time with you.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address so please provide a physical address. Delivery will be by courier, please be aware that once your order has been uplifted by the Courier the delivery is controlled by them. We will try our utmost to have your order available for delivery within the desired time-frame. The risk of any loss, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery. Please contact us immediately should you experience any problems. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service and we will supply this information should it be required.
Currently, we do not deliver outside New Zealand.
