In the frying pans from WMF's Ultimate series, both the body and the base are made of high-quality Cromargan® Ultimate: 18/0 stainless steel. This special feature enables the production of a pan base that does not change its shape even under heat, but remains exceptionally flat. The result is very even heat distribution across the entire pan base and thus exceptionally consistent frying results right up to the edge of the pan. The Ultimate skillet also impresses with its robust design with visible weld points, the heat-reducing* hollow handle that prevents water from penetrating, and the wide pouring rim for drip-free pouring of liquids. It is also suitable for induction cooking and can be used in the oven as well as in the dishwasher.
