Touch Cromargan® on the outside - easy care and robust - CeraDur on the inside. The ceramic based non-stick coating has superb non-stick properties but also has the versatility to be used for high heat cooking up to 400 degrees celsius. All pans include a TransTherm® universal base for optimum heat distribution and retention and is suitable for all types of hob and the Cromargan® handle fits the hand well.
A highly versatile pan that is suitable for any food that is fried quickly at high temperatures and also for gentler longer frying times.
