The digital thermometer can be used in the kitchen for many purposes. Use it for hot and cold beverages and dishes. The extremely fast response and measuring time of 4-10 seconds is a unique feature of the thermometer. You may switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The measuring range is between -40 to +200 °C or -40 to +392 °F with a maximum deviation of +_ 1°C from the actual temperature. The numerical LCD Display features a backlight and thus is extremely bright.
