The WMF Multi Ply Wok is manufactured using High quality 3 ply material - all Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel, however there is also a core of aluminium continuous through the base and walls of the wok. This along with the 3 ply material makes the wok thermally very effective. Furthermore with stainless steel inside and out you are assured of indestructible and hygienic properties.
