How does it work? When frothing a small amount of milk, move the spiral on the rod downwards. Move it upwards when frothing the maximum amount of milk. This is the secret for turning any ordinary milk extraordinary! For best results, use cold non-fat milk. The Mousse can also be used to blend foamy cocktails & toppings as well as light mixing and blending delicious salad dressings. The carafe of the MOUSSE Milk Frother is made of heat-resistant, ultra-light borosilicate glass. The lid is made of plastic covered with non-slip rubber or stainless steel. It can be wiped clean with a damp soft cloth. The spiral blender can be pulled out of the lid for cleaning in the dishwasher. The carafe is dishwasher safe.
